Matcha Milk Tea
- 50 grams of tapioca pearls
- 1 teaspoon of matcha powder
- 50 ml hot water
- 200 ml soy milk
- Ice cubes
- Follow our recipe for cooking tapioca
- Put the matcha powder in a cup and pour it with hot water. Stir well until there are no lumps left.
- Add a few ice cubes to cool it down.
- Put the tapioca pearls in a glass, add the ice cubes and then the matcha.
- Top with milk until the glass is full.
