How to Prepare Bubble Tea Tapioca
The preparation of bubble tea is really very simple. The tapioca pearls don't have much flavor, but they are super chewy, and of course they look very nice.
Ingredients Tapioca:
- 100 grams of tapioca
- 600 milliliters of water
Ingredients Honey/Sugar mixture:
- 2 tablespoons of (brown) sugar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 150 milliliters of boiled water
Instructions:
1. Bring 600 milliliters of water to a boil in a rice stove.
2. Add 100 grams of tapioca
3. Boil for 30 minutes
4. Cool for 30 minutes
5. Rinse with cold water
6. Add honey-sugar mixture
7. Whip.
