Where do we ship?
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Switzerland.
How much does shipping cost?
- Germany: €5.99 – free on orders from €35.00
- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg & France: €8.99 – free on orders from €35.00
- Austria: €15.00 (up to 14.99 kg)
- Switzerland: €25.00 (up to 14.99 kg) / €50.00 (15–30 kg)
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on working days are usually shipped the same or the next working day from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
How long does delivery take?
- Germany: approx. 1–3 working days
- Other countries: approx. 3–5 working days
- Switzerland: delivery may take a little longer due to customs clearance.
Which carrier do you use, and can I track my parcel?
We ship with DHL or PostNL. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not available at the moment.
Note for orders to Switzerland
Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and import VAT, which are paid by the recipient.
My parcel hasn’t arrived?
Please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation first. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived, email us at info@bubbleteafunshop.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.
Damaged parcel or wrong item?
We’re sorry! Please email us at info@bubbleteafunshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item and the packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
